Within 30 days of purchase: You are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. Simply email support@vibecodingebook.com with your purchase email or Paddle customer ID, and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
After 30 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once we approve your refund request, Paddle will issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Upon receiving a refund, your subscription will be cancelled and access to paid chapters will be revoked. You will retain access to the free preview (Chapters 1–3) and any content you accessed during the free preview period.
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different things. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged again. A refund returns the money from a previous charge. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal without requesting a refund.
Lifetime plans are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are considered final, as they provide perpetual access to all current and future content.
